Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips Use high-quality chips for the best flavor.
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk Look for brands without additives for a richer taste.
  • ¼ cup real maple syrup The real deal makes a world of difference.
  • 1 tablespoon butter Ensure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
Nut Ingredients
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped Can substitute with pecans or almonds.

Method

Preparation
  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a 1–2 inch overhang on all sides.
  2. In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup, and butter. Stir constantly for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish using a spatula to spread it evenly. Tap on the counter to release air bubbles.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours until firm.
  6. Lift out using the parchment paper and cut into squares. Optionally dust with extra chopped walnuts or sea salt.

Notes

This fudge is customizable; consider swapping nuts or adding sea salt. Store sealed in an airtight container for optimal freshness.
