  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder For subtle sweetness that rounds out the flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs Like oregano or Italian seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon or a small ice cream scoop, portion out small mounds of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, leaving about 2 inches of space between each mound and flattening them slightly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden and crispy.
  2. Allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Serving
  1. Serve your crispy cottage cheese chips on their own or alongside your favorite dip.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. They don't freeze well due to their crispy nature. You can add herbs or spices to customize them.
