Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In your trusty blender or food processor, blend 1 cup of cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- Transfer the blended cottage cheese into a mixing bowl. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Forming the Chips
- Using a spoon, scoop out small dollops of the mixture (about 1-2 tablespoons each) onto the lined baking sheet. Spread each dollop into thin, even circles, about 2 inches in diameter.
- If desired, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of each chip.
Baking
- Bake your chips in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the chips cool completely on the tray to crisp up further.
Notes
Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For best results, leave them uncovered to maintain crunchiness.
