Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even baking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter and spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly into the dish.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture, ensuring they cover the entire surface.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy, and the casserole is heated through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
