Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Make sure every piece is beautifully coated.
Roasting
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. You’ll know it’s ready when the edges start to become golden and crispy!
Cheese Addition
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese first, followed by the shredded mozzarella. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning!
Serving
- Take the cauliflower out of the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately for that gooey, cheesy goodness that makes everyone swoon!
Notes
For a delicious twist, try adding a squeeze of lemon juice just before serving for an extra burst of freshness! Quality ingredients matter, and storage instructions are important: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
