Main ingredients
  • 2 cups farmer’s cheese (or ricotta/cottage cheese) Look for high-quality cheese for the best flavor and texture.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Adds lovely tang and creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar Adjust to your sweetness preference.
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature eggs for better mixing.
  • 1/2 cup semolina flour (or all-purpose flour) Semolina adds a unique texture.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Always go for pure vanilla for richer flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Balances the sweetness.
